W ilcken's
disability and inability to maneuver steps to the basement.
We have decided to remodel our small kit-chen at the same time, adding a
half bath to accommodate our swimming pool and outdoor livinb area.
Moving the garage forward allows locating the new area, in the rear of
the garage, adjacient to -the kitchen. This allows the use of the existing
wall and footings and the existing deck to remain intact.
11 . REBUILDING THE GARAGE WILL UPDATE THE VALUE, OF OUR PROPERTY AND TIRE
S. 7'.ROUNDING PROPL TIES.
This change would extend the garage 10 feet beyond the front of the
house. The house is set back 70 feet from the center of the street
which is the normal setback on our street except for the house located
at 2786 Farrington, which has the garage located closer than 70 feet to
the center of the street.
The front of the garage would be 60 feet from the center of the street
or 30 feet between the front property line and the garage, allowing for
two car lengths between the garage and the property line.
