Dellwood Street <br />The Minor Variance Committee convened on Thursday, March 17, 1988 and <br />unanimously recommended approval of Celia Chen's request for a minor <br />variance at 2594 N. Dellwood Street. City ordinances require a <br />minimum driveway setback of 5 feet. A portion of the existing <br />driveway (see attached map) is within five feed: of the property line. <br />It is city policy to correct illegal driveway's when streets are <br />upgraded. The minor variance is to allow the existing driveway to <br />continue at its present location. The impacted neighbor supported <br />the variance request. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Celia <br />Chen's minor variance request at <br />2594 N Dellwood Street. <br />
