Hickok & Associates <br />545 Indian Mound <br />Wayzata, MN 55391 <br />RE: Investors Savings Bank Si.te Plan <br />Fine Associates, Venture Addition <br />Roseville, MN <br />Dear Mr. Woods: <br />Enclosed are two (2) copies each of supportive calculations, <br />grading plans and erosion control plans for the above ret'ezcnced <br />project. <br />The grading plan for the proposed bank development shows all <br />drainage flowing in a northeasterly direction to the proposed <br />0.59 ac-ft storage pond. Intermediate drainage calculations <br />indicate a required storage volume of .15 ac-ft is necessaryupon <br />completion of the Dank site. <br />The existing pond had been enlarged during construction of the <br />Slumberland Site. Survey topographic computations show a pond <br />size of, 0.61 ac-f t existing to date. <br />With the bank properl-.y in a developed condition, all storm runoff <br />will be directed into the proposed storage facility. <br />Intermediate drainage calculations clearly indicate adequate <br />storage capacity. Therefore, the proposed Investors Savings Bank <br />site plan conforms to the overall comprehensive plan, permit # <br />78-159. <br />
