I may read these letters to <br />the Planning Commission on April 6th to indicate that <br />after your review of the project that you support the <br />addition of this project to your neighborhood. (A <br />stamped self-addressed envelope with paper has been <br />enclosed for your convenience.) <br />I spoke with Rick Jopke (Zoning Administrator of the <br />City of Roseville) this morning and he indicated that <br />the sewer line situation has been reviewed. (The <br />sewer line which runs through the swamp and has caused <br />problems in the past is a Metropolitan Waste Control <br />line, not a city line.) The conclusion of the city <br />staff is that the sizing of the sewer line is more <br />than adequate to handle any additional flow which may <br />be causeca by our Elder Homestead project.
