E. <br />D-7 Representatives from Arthur, Shuster, Inc. reviewed their <br />proposal for a senior housing development at 2750 Victoria. <br />Meyer moved that the Grass Lake WMO recommend to the City of <br />Roseville that the proposed Elder Homestead senior housing <br />project located at 2750 Victoria be approved with the following <br />conditions: <br />A. The 75 foot setback from the normal high w-.Ierline must be <br />adhered to. <br />B. To the greatest extent possible, the storm water should <br />be routed southerly to the marshland. <br />C. Lhe velocity of run-off should be controlled to the <br />greatest extent possible. <br />D. Innovative methods to capture sediment should be used. <br />E. Vegetation on the lake side of the proposed building should <br />be maintained at current condition or improved. <br />F.
