December 28, 1988 <br />Charles Bans <br />Maun, Hayes, Simon, Johanneson, Brehl & Odlaug <br />2300 World Trade Center <br />30 East 7th Street <br />St. Paul, MN 55101 <br />Re: RELEASE OF EASEMENT AND DEDICATION OF EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY <br />KNOWN AS LIBERTY ROSEWOOD LIMITED PARTNERSHIP <br />Dear Mr. Bans: <br />The City of Roseville staff has reviewed the document entitled <br />Declaration of Easements and Release of Old Easement and has <br />•found the legal descriptions contained within the document to be <br />adequate for the purpose of issuing the building permit for the <br />site. <br />In speaking with the people from MWCC, it was their contention <br />that the final legal description for the 30 foot permanent <br />sanitary sewer easement should not be prepared until the exact <br />location of the new relocated line is known. Suburban <br />Engineering is aware of this fact and will keep appropriate <br />records enabling them to provide that legal description. Because <br />of this, the January 9, 1989, council meeting would not be the <br />appropriate time to release and dedicate the old and new sewer <br />easements. <br />Because of this delay, due to MWCC regr-rement, the City o{ <br />Roseville will not hold up the issuance of the building permit. <br />The city would request a letter from the appropriate person <br />indicating to the City of Roseville that upon completion of the <br />installation of the new sanitary sewer main, the legal <br />description will be prepared and submitted to the City of <br />Roseville for its approval. We will then drepare the necessary <br />council action for the next upcoming council meeting for <br />approval. <br />
