Initially, we seek approval for a temporary location at <br />2500 County Road C. Budget anticipates using this temporary site for a period of <br />six months. Occupancy of this location would terminate upon completion of our second <br />phase. The second phase consists of a permanent location at the Northwest quadrant <br />of County Road C2 and Partridge Drive. Budget is obligated to Belair Builders on <br />this property through a design build agreement. <br />Budget intends to rent the following type of vehicles: <br />Automobiles, Passenger Vans, Cargo Vans, Pickups, and 14' and 24' Van Trucks. <br />It should be noted that we do not rent Tractor Trailers. <br />Expansion into the Northern Twin Cities is a result of Budget's growth in Bloomington <br />and the surrounding communities. Having studied the growth of our business and <br />4 noting the significant demand from the Northern geographic areas and specifically, <br />Roseville., we have selected the above referenced locations. <br />In addition to providing better local customer service, the expansion also affords <br />.:,.:,:Us the opportunity to increase size through the hiring of new employees. It is our <br />intention, and we have every reason to believe, that they will come from the <br />Roseville community. <br />Budget Rent a Car operates five other locations in the greater Twin Cities.
