<br />Cushman moved, ,.Johnson seconded, that a public hearing
<br />on Lincoln Companies request for final plat at 1600
<br />Terrace Drive be established for April 11, 1988. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />5-2 Matson moved., Kehr seconded, that Ordinance 1030,
<br />amending I--1 and I-2 zoning district requirements
<br />concerning chemical storage and distribution uses, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Matson,
<br />Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />ration's request for final plat at 2241 and 2391
<br />Highway 36 be continued to the April 11, 1988 City

<br />Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Centre Pointe's
<br />request for final plat on the east side of 35W between
<br />County Roads C and D be continued to the April 11,
<br />1988 City Council meeting. Roll Call, ayes: Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Work Session be rescheduled to Monday, March 28,
<br />beginning at 5:00 p.m. in City Hall. Roll Call,

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that a Council Work
<br />Session be established for Tuesday, April 5, 1988, at
<br />4:30 p.m., at City Hall, `or the purpose of reviewing
<br />the Development Guide for the County Road C and
<br />Snelling Avenue area. Roll. Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Session be established for Monday, April 11, 1988, at
<br />4:30 p.m., at City Hall, for the purpose of inter-
<br />viewing applicants for the Park Board. Roll Call,*
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rog.
<br />Nays: done.
<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the staff be
<br />instruc':ed to prepare an ordinance amendment creating
<br />a new 1:1.cense to permit a hobby dog activity. Roll
