Nays: None. <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance 1026, <br />ORDINANCE <br />rezoning property at 2075 Snelling Avenue from R--2 and <br />1026 <br />B-1 to R-3A, and B-1 to B-3, be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: <br />None. <br />}` 3 <br />hr moved, Johnson seconded, that Rodney Brannon's <br />RODNir`i BRPNNON <br />(Solar Wash) request for approval of a lot division, <br />(SOLAR WASH) <br />rezoning from R-a to B-1, and Special Use Permit for <br />parking at 1725 Dellwood Avenue be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br />1.- That the'parking area be built in accordance with <br />the plan submitted. <br />Y' <br />2. That filial landscape and engineering plans will be <br />subject to staff approval. <br />4.
