• <br />Solar gash, Inc. hereby enters into an agreement with Mr. <br />Richard Coverdale, whereby Solar Mash will maintain the 25x68 foot <br />portion of property immediately to the west of the 68 foot tract <br />of land Solar Wash, Inc. will be purchasing from Mr. Coverdale. <br />Maintenance of this property is limited to the seeding of grass <br />and the cutting or removal of 4i noxious weeds or grass of over <br />six inches during the growing season. <br />This agreement will terminate five years from the date of t0 s <br />agreement, at which time the owner of the 25 feet will assume the <br />responsibility of its maintenance. <br />This agreement is contingent upon the successful completion <br />of the sale of 68 feet of Mr. Coverdale's property to Solar Wash, Inc. <br />Date <br />l� <br />Richard Coverdale <br />Date <br />
