REQUEST <br />T FOR COUNCIL ACTIO <br />N DATE: 2 8 88 <br />ITEM NO.:, <br />Department A roval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearing <br />J <br />Item Description: Rodney Brannon (Solar Wash) request for approval of a <br />lot division rezoning from R-6 to B-1 and special use <br />permit for parking at 1725 Dellwood Avenue. <br />The Roseville Planning commission at its February 31 1988 meeting, <br />unanimously recommended approval of the Rodney Brannon request for approval <br />of a lot division, rezoning from R-6 to B-1, and special use permit for <br />parking at 1725 Dellwood Avenue, with the following conditions: <br />1. That the parking area be built in accordance with the plan <br />submitted. <br />2. That a ponding easement be dedicated below elevation 919.7 on the <br />Coverdale parcel. <br />3. That final landscape and engineering plans will be subject to <br />staff approval. <br />4. That a maintenance agreement be executed by Brannon and Coverdale <br />allowing Brannon to maintain the 25 foot strip. A copy of this <br />agreement should be provided to the City at the council hearing on <br />this matter. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny the Brannon (Solar <br />Wash) request for approval of a lot division, <br />rezoning from R-6 to B-1 and special use <br />permit for parking at 1725 Dellwood Avenue <br />with the aforementioned and conditions if so <br />desired. <br />Motion adopting ordiance rezoning property at <br />1775 Dellwood Avenue from R-6 to B-1. <br />
