CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM TOWNHOUSE DISTRICT (R-6) TO LIMITED BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT (B-1). <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the <br />property owner ailed an application with the City Manager in the <br />form of a written request to rezone from Townhouse District (R-6) <br />to Limited Business District (B-1), certain real property <br />herinafter described lying and being in the City of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same <br />to the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a <br />public hearing on said matter on the day of , 1988, <br />and made its recommendation to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a <br />public hearing on said matter on the day of at its <br />regular meeting; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br />The City Council of the City of Ros ,ville, Minnesota, <br />does hereby ordain: <br />
