REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 12/21/87 <br />ITEM NO.: <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Reports and Recommendations <br />Item Description: Approval of temporary building at 2140 County Road C. <br />Breckenridge Development Corporation is requesting permission to store a <br />small, masonry structure on the Ruan property until Spring. Mr. Bartlett, <br />of Breckenridge Development, will be placing the building on a trailer <br />in the least visible space, and will attempt to blend it in with the <br />other trailers. <br />Mr. Dahlgren has reviewed this request, and does not have a problem with <br />it as long as it is properly placed on the site. <br />The City Council may wish to place a time limit on this storage such as <br />May, 1988. The developer's letter and pictures of the structure are <br />attached. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying request for approval of temporary building at <br />2140 County Road C. <br />. a <br />
