CITY OF ROSEVILLE APPLICATION Z- FOR DIVISION OF PLATTED LOT AND MINOR VARIANCE 1 ITEM 19-E I am requesting permission to divide Lot 15, Block 1, Roseville Heights into two lots: Parcel A (north) and Parcel B (south). The existing home (2811 No. Oxford St.), which was constructed in 1933, would remain on Parcel B and I would like to build a new home for myself on Parcel A at some time in the near future. I am applying at this time for permission to divide the lot as proposed (see plan and legal descriptions) and for approval of minor variances in connection with the existing home and garage. This application has been discussed with owners of approximately ten properties abutting or near my property. The neighbors are not opposed to the project and they realize that the appearance of the neighborhood would be enhanced with the construction of a new home and landscaping.
