Contract for Deed has,in part, the following gestrictions and <br />Protective Covenants which run with Block 1 Hofftmm,s Garden Tracts. <br />1) The use of property is restricted to one detached single family dwelling <br />not to exceed 2* stories in height,a private garage for not more than 2 <br />cars &whatever other bldg. as is needed for any live stock for the personal <br />use of the family occupying the dwelling. <br />7) These Restrictions and Protective Covenants may be amended or changed <br />at any time by a majority vote of the property owners in Hoffmanns Garden <br />Tracts. Voting for this purpose shall be by lots i.e. any owner is entitled <br />to one vote for each lot said owner possesses.
