REVISED NOTICE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is <br />hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Roseville <br />will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, on <br />Wednesday, December 2, 1987, at 7:30 p.m., for the <br />purposes of <br />considering the following request: <br />John S. Seltz request for division of lot at <br />210 and 220 Woodlynn Avenue, and variance to <br />shoreline zoning. (The applicant is requesting <br />the division of the lot to allow construction <br />of two single family homes.) <br />The City <br />Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />December <br />21, 1987, at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider this <br />request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Woodlynn <br />Park Addition: Lot 44, except the northerly 40 feet <br />thereof, <br />and that part of Lot 32 West of a line running from a' <br />point on <br />the North line 175 feet from the Northeast corner to a <br />point on <br />the South line 15 feet East of the Southwest corner. <br />mes F.
