Seltz request for division of lot at 210 and <br />220 Woodland Avenue. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission at it's January 6, 1988 meeting, <br />unanimously recommended approval of the John S. Seltz request for division <br />of lot at 210 and 220 Woodland Avenue, with the following conditions: <br />1. That the driveway width of the southerly most lot, shall be a <br />minimum of 12 ft., and adequate provision at the end shall be <br />made for a turnaround for a fire truck if determined necessary <br />by the Fire Marshall. <br />2. <br />That a separate sewer and water line be extended separately to <br />each lot. <br />3. <br />That the <br />divisions approved <br />shall apply to two (2) single family <br />dwellings <br />only. <br />4. <br />That the <br />appropriate <br />ponding easement be granted to the City. <br />5. <br />That the <br />City accept <br />dedication of the park land (approx. the <br />westerly <br />295 ft. of <br />lot 44 accept for the north 250 ft.) subject <br />to Staff <br />approval. <br />6. <br />That the <br />appropriate <br />land be dedicated to the City for cul de <br />sac purposes <br />to the <br />north. <br />COUNCIL <br />Motion to approve/deny the Seltz request <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />for division of lot at 210 and 220 Woodland <br />Avenue, with the aforementioned conditions <br />is so desired. <br />'+ask` <br />
