Applicants requesting a rezoning, special use permit, variance, divi- <br />sion of lot, or platting of property are encouraged to conduct a neigh- <br />borhood meeting at least fifteen (15) days before the scheduled Planninc <br />Commission Public Hearing, and shall send notices to all of the affectec, <br />property owners. Affected owners are those listed on the required <br />Abstractor's Certificate. The meeting shall be a time for the applicant <br />to review and explain the proposed development to the owners. <br />This requirement applies only when residential property, R-1 through R <br />8, is listed on the Abstractor's Certificate.
