REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: 10/26/87 <br />ITEM NO.: - -3 <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Reports and Recommendations <br />Iteiti Descr.ipt. n: Timothy Haupt .request for minor variance at 975 <br />County Road C-2. <br />The Minor Variance Committee convened October 9, 1987, and unanimously <br />recommended approval of Timothy Haupt's request for minor variance at <br />975 County Road C-2. <br />The Haupt's are requesting a 13 foot side yard setback versus the <br />required 30 feet. The hardship is. based on the unusual terrain to the <br />rear of the site. In addition, Richmond Street is not proposed for <br />eventual construction. Thus the setback variance will not be from an <br />existing street. <br />All neighbors supported the project. <br />Requirement: 30 feet <br />Proposed: 13 feet <br />Variance: 17 feet <br />Variance: 57 percent <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Timothy Haupt's request for minor variance at <br />975 County Road C-2. <br />
