NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, October 7, 1987, at 7:30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br />Villa Park request for variance at 500 West County <br />Road B. (Villa Park is requesting a monument sign <br />ten feet from the right-of-way versus the required <br />thirty feet.) <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />October 12, 1987, at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider this <br />request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />The East 400 feet of the West 1,275.7 feet of the North 400 feet <br />of the Northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 29, Range 23, <br />according to the government survey thereof, subject to County <br />�`.
