<br />day of , 1987 by and between
<br />of this County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, pasties of the first part, and the
<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, Ramsey County, Minnesota, a municipal corporation, party of
<br />the second part.
<br />WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other
<br />valuable considerations in hand paid by the said party of the second part, said
<br />parties of the first part do hereby grant and convey unto party of the second
<br />part, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement for a public road and
<br />highway and for underground utility mains, pipes and appurtenances over, under
<br />and across a strip of land in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota
<br />as follows:
<br />THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF THE NORTH 43 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
<br />COMMENCING AT NORTHWEST CORNER OF NORTHWEST 1/4, THENCE EAST ALONG THE
<br />NORTH LINE OF NORTHWEST 1/4, 1,275.7 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING,
<br />THENCE SOUTH PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE 262.91 FEET, THENCE WEST 129.96
<br />FEET, THENCE SOUTH 12.85 FEET, THENCE WEST 61.5 FEET, THENCE NORTH 25.5
<br />FEET, THENCE WEST 44 FEET, THENCE NORTH 218.3 FEET TO NORTH LINE OF
<br />NORTHWEST 1/49 THENCE EAST 235.74 FEET TO THE BEGINNING, PART OF NORTHWEST
<br />1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4 (SUBJECT TO ROAD) OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 239
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
<br />which easement shall include the perpetual rights of said City of Roseville,
<br />its successors or assigns, to grade, level, fill, drain, pave, build, maintain,
<br />and rebuild or widen a public road or highway, together with such culverts,
<br />cuts, or ditches as may be necessary, and to construct, maintain, operate, and
<br />repair utility mains, pipes, ,and appurtenances over and across the strip of
<br />land hereinbefore described, together with perpetual easement for ingress and
<br />egress.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all the hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the said
<br />party of the second part, its successors and assigns, forever.
