Cloutier is requesting a minor variance of <br />six inches for a side yard setback (9.6' versus the required 10'). <br />The hardship was defined as the fact that Mr. Cloutier was provided <br />incorrect information by the seller, and 'chus would have to modify all <br />of his plans. <br />Requested setbac;k 10.0' <br />Requested variance 6" <br />Percent of variance 5 0 <br />
