0 <br />NOTIC <br />E OF PUBLIC HEARINIR <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, September 2, 1987, at 7:30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br />Peerco Realty request for variance at 2600/2580 <br />North Cleveland Avenue. (Peerco is requesting a <br />setback variance to facilitate expansion of an <br />internal driveway.) <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />September 14, 1987, at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider this <br />request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Parcel I: All that part of the West four hundred fifty-three <br />(W.453) feet of the Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northwest <br />quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Nine (9), Township Twenty-nine (29), <br />Range Twenty-three (23) lying South of the Northern Pacific <br />Railway Company's one hundred (100) foot right-of-way, except the <br />South seven hundred thirty-nine (739) feet thereof, subject to <br />the rights of the public in the West thirty-three (W.33) feet <br />thereof taken for Cleveland Avenue, according to the United <br />States Government Survey thereof, and situate in Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br />Parcel II: The East two hundred twenty (E.220) feet of all that <br />part of the West six hundred seventy-three (W.673) feet of the <br />Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northwest one -quarter (NW 1/4) <br />of Section Nine (9), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty- <br />three (23), lying South of the Northern Pacific Railway Company's <br />one hundred (100) foot right-of-way, except the South seven <br />hundred fifty-nine (S.759 ) feet thereof, subject to the rights <br />of the public in the West thirty-three (W.33) feet thereof taken <br />for Cleveland Avenue. Also that part of the above described <br />quarter quarter section described as follows: Except the South <br />seven hundred fifty nine (5.759) feet thereof, the East three <br />hundred twenty (E.320) feet of the West nine hundred ninety-three <br />(W.993) feet thereof, subject to the railroad right-of-way <br />intersecting said tract and subject to the rights of the public <br />in the North thirty-three (N.33) feet of said tract taken for <br />County Road C.
