r� <br />RORER TS PROPER TIES <br />i 2465 North Fairview Avenue <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55113 <br />m IT �lvalnu @- Phone (612) 631-9113 <br />August 13, 1987 <br />Roseville Planning Commission <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />2660 Civic Center Dr. <br />Roseville, Mn. 55113 <br />In re: Sign Variance <br />2465 No. Fairview Ave. <br />Roseville, Mn. <br />Dear Members of the Planning Commission: <br />We wish to install an 8' x 4' sign along our South property <br />line, with 30 feet of the Fairview Avenue property line, just South of <br />our South Parking lot. <br />The present pylon sign in the North Parking lot is used <br />exclusively by Computerland and IPC Graphics and Rosedale Medical Clinic <br />has their sign on the front of the building so do not need any additional <br />directional signs. Rosedale Medical Clinic is planning on expanding into <br />our present office area and we will be moving our office entrance to <br />the South side of the building, approximately 30 ft. from the corner. <br />This leaves us with no directional signage. <br />4ZIP <br />When we leased to Computerland and IPC Graphics we permited <br />them to use the permited sign space and there is no way we can force them <br />to give up any of their sign space until their current lease expires, which <br />is June 30, 1993. At that time we can force them to permit us to use <br />part of the sign for our own use,so what we would like is a sign variance <br />permitting us to install a 8' x 4' sign until their lease expires. <br />AD <br />tfullyrequsald��Rb t <br />
