Rosedale Medical Clinic is planning on expanding into
our present office area and we will be moving our office entrance to
the South side of the building, approximately 30 ft. from the corner.
This leaves us with no directional signage.
4ZIP
When we leased to Computerland and IPC Graphics we permited
them to use the permited sign space and there is no way we can force them
to give up any of their sign space until their current lease expires, which
is June 30, 1993. At that time we can force them to permit us to use
part of the sign for our own use,so what we would like is a sign variance
permitting us to install a 8' x 4' sign until their lease expires.
AD
tfullyrequsaldRb t
