You will recall that this application was tabled at the last regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission so as to give the applicant time to <br />address citizen's and Planning Commission Members' concerns as <br />expressed at the public hearing. Since that time, the staff has met <br />twice with Mr. Kaufhold and his architect, Tom Dunwell, and In one <br />case with his attorney. It was noted to Mr. Kaufhold and his <br />colleagues that It was not the staff'burden of tlon oofpurpose <br />on him the <br />some kind of solution, but that the Pro <br />applicant to propose a total solution that will address the City's needs <br />compatible with his own interests. <br />Mr. Bob Bierscheld, Parks and <br />Recreation Director, was present and assisted at these meetings as well- <br />2.
