No variances are required as the addition is over <br />three hundred feet from the high water mark of McCarrons Lake. One <br />tree will probably be removed, that will be too close to the foundation. <br />Mr. Dahlgren has reviewed the proposal, and finds everything to be in <br />order. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Donald Roberts request for shoreline permit <br />at 222 N. McCarron Boulevard. <br />
