10. The City of Roseville requested that we revise our site to inc <br />a 33'-0" driveway at the rear of the property. In order to justiforate <br />such a large capital outlay to rework the lot, we need to add somethin <br />to the building that would increase sales. We can do this by adding <br />a greenhouse, which would involve a building setback, drive-thru <br />setback, parking setback and parking space variance. <br />11.
