NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, August 5, 1987, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose <br />of considering the following request: <br />Fine Associates request for division of lot <br />at 2665 and 2710 Snelling Frontage Road. <br />(Fine is in the process of dividing the parcles <br />with respect to the proposed development on <br />Snelling Avenue.) <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />August 10, 1987, at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider this request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Lot 1, Block 2, Venture Addition, according to the plat thereof <br />on file in the office of the County Records, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br />r James F.
