RE EST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 8/10/87 <br />Q <br />ITEM NO.: <br />Department AppFoval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />Item Description: Fine Associates request for rezoning, Special Use <br />Permits, variance, and division of lot at 2665 and <br />2710 Snelling Frontage Road. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its July 1, 1987 meeting, previ- <br />ously approved the P.U.D., the variance, and the rezoning request of <br />Fine Associates at 2665 and 2710 Snelling Frontage Road. The following <br />conditions were attached at that time: <br />1. That the P.U.D. be developed in accordance with plans dated <br />5/29/87. <br />2. That the driveways be properly aligned. <br />However, based on the concern of Mr. Bell that the site plan review <br />should occur at the same time, this item was tabled to allow the <br />Planning Commission the opportunity to review the site plan for the <br />Slumberland development. <br />Thus, at its August 5, 1987 meeting, the Planning Commission unanimously <br />recommended approval of Fine Associates request for site plan review and <br />division of lot at 2665 - 2710 Snelling Avenue, with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the development be constructed per plans submitted June 29, <br />1987. <br />2. That staff approve final landscape and engineering plans. <br />3. That a pathway be constructed to the restaurant area. <br />The subsequent site plan reviews will be forthcoming to the Planning <br />Commission and Council as developed, and must be in compliance with the <br />approved P.U.D. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Fine Associates request for rezoning, Special <br />Use Permits, variance, and division of lot at 2665 and 2710 Snelling <br />Frontage Road with the aforementioned conditions, if so desired. <br />Motion adopting an ordiance rezoning property from B-1 to B-1B at 2665 <br />and 2710 Snelling Frontage Road. <br />
