All plans include <br />the new legal description of the lot. <br />This request for lot division is to allow for intermediate <br />development of this site. Retail use is planned for 1.4 acres of <br />the nine acres comprising the entire Planned Unit Development, <br />which is now being considered by the Planning Commission and City <br />Council. A retail user of this proposed lot is prepared to begin <br />construction as soon as possible. Future plans for the balance <br />of the site include two Office Buildings and an Extended Stay <br />Hotel.
