0 V 0 <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, June 3, 1987, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose <br />of considering the following request: <br />Amendment to Zoning Code by adding parking for <br />commercial development as a special use in the <br />R-1 Zoning District. (When a commerical property <br />purchases an adjacent residential parcel for <br />parking purposes, the City may consider allowing <br />parking on the site without rezoning the residential <br />parcel. This would protect the status of the <br />Residential Zone should the business change.) <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />June 8, 1987, at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider this request. <br />J es F.
