Also attached <br />is a copy of a map <br />district. <br />showing the office <br />park area proposed for the new <br />zoning <br />The Planning Commission will be <br />Wednesday, June 3rd. They have <br />holding <br />a hearing on <br />long <br />the new zoning on <br />last on the list. Therefore, we <br />a very <br />suggest, <br />agenda on <br />that attendance <br />which this item is <br />before 10:00 <br />may involve additional waiting. We <br />p.m. <br />are sorry that so much Is happening on <br />the same evening, but there is a <br />great <br />deal of interest <br />in development in <br />Roseville at this time. <br />We have recommended to the Planning Commission and Council that at a <br />point in time, five years from now, we take a good look at the office park <br />concept to determine if it is working and whether or not changes or a new <br />direction in planning and zoning is warranted. We feel that the success <br />generated thus far, including the financing and construction of the bridge and <br />other successful office developments currently in the area, that our prospects <br />for the successful completion of this concept are very good. <br />We presume <br />that each <br />of you has received an official notice of <br />the zoning <br />proceedings. <br />We would <br />welcome your participation at the June 3rd <br />meeting of <br />the Planning <br />Commission <br />and look forward to seeing you then, <br />if you can <br />make it.
