Also attached <br />zoning <br />is a copy of a map <br />showing the office <br />park area proposed for the now <br />district. <br />The Planning Commission will be holding a hearing on the now zoning on <br />Wodnesday, Juno 3rd. They have a very long agenda on which this item is <br />last on the list. Therefore, we suggest that attendance before 10:00 ,,-m. <br />may involve additional waiting. We ore sorry that so much Is happening on <br />the some evening, but there Is a great deal of interest in development in <br />Roseville at this time. <br />We have recommended to the Planning Commission and Council that at a <br />point In time, five years from now, we take a good look at the offico pork <br />concept to determine If it is working and whether or not changes or a now <br />direction in planning and zoning Is warranted. We fool that the success <br />generated thus far, including the financing and construction of the bridge and <br />other successful office developments currently in the area, that our prospects <br />for the successful completion of this concept are very good. <br />We presume that ouch of you has received an official notice of the zoning <br />proceedings. We would welcome your participation at the Juno 3rd meeting of <br />the Planning Commission and look forward to seeing you then, if you can <br />make It.
