Also attached <br />Is a copy of a map <br />showing the office <br />park area proposed for the now <br />zoning <br />district. <br />The Planning Commission will be <br />holding <br />a hearing on <br />the now zoning on <br />Wednooday, Juno 3rd. They have <br />a very <br />long agenda on <br />which this item Is <br />lost on the list. Therefore, we <br />suggest <br />that attendance <br />before 10:00 p.m. <br />may involve additional waiting. We <br />arc sorry that so much is happening on <br />the same evening, but there is a <br />groat <br />deal of interest <br />In development In <br />Roseville at this time. <br />We have recommended to Via Planning Commission and Council that at a <br />point In time, five years from now, we take a good look at the office parr <br />concept to dotormIne if It is working and whether or not changes or a now <br />direction in planning and zoning is warranted. We fool that the success <br />generated thud forr including the financing and construction of the bridge and <br />other successful office developments currently In the area, that our prospects <br />for the successful completion of this concept are very good. <br />We presume that each of you has recoived an official notice of the zoning <br />proceedings. We would welcome your, participation at the Juno 3rd meeting of <br />the Planning Commission and look forward to seeing you then, if you can <br />make It.
