REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 6/02/87 <br />ITEM NO.: <br />I <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Reports and Recommendations <br />Item Description: Walter Troje request for minor variance at 2755 <br />Huron Street. <br />The Minor Variance Committee convened June 2, and unanimously recommended <br />approval of the Walter Troje request for minor variance at 2755 Huron <br />Street. <br />A new garage is being constructed that will be twenty-six feet versus <br />the required thirty feet from the front lot line; thus, the variance <br />is four feet. Also, the existing house does not conform (15 feet <br />versus 30 feet). Thus, a fifteen foot front yard variance is required <br />to bring the home into conformance. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Walter Troje's request for minor variance at <br />2755 Huron Street. <br />
