The Bundlies want to build a swimming pool that will be <br />1.6 feet from the lot line versus the required 10 feet; thus the <br />variance is 8.4 feet on the side yard. <br />Mr. Dahlgren has reviewed this proposal, and recommends its approval. <br />All neighbors supported the project. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Craig Bundlie's request for shoreline permit <br />and shoreline variance at 595 Heinel Drive. <br />
