Lueben request for minor variance at 2924 <br />Asbury. <br />The Minor Variance Committee convened May 14, 1987, and unanimously <br />recommended approval of Cora A. Lueben's request for minor variance at <br />2924 Asbury. <br />Ms. Lueben is requesting the opportunity to reasphalt an existing <br />driveway. The current driveway is two feet from the line, and <br />eventually connects with the neighbor's garage. Thus, the side yard <br />driveway variance is three feet until it reaches the rear of the <br />house, where it becomes zero feet when connecting with the neighbor's <br />driveway. The existing garage also requires a three foot rear and <br />side yard variance. (Five feet is required.) All neighbors supported <br />the project. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Cora A. Lueben's request for minor variance <br />at 2924 Asbury. <br />
