Olson request for minor variance at 320 W. <br />Brooks Avenue. <br />The Minor Variance Committee convened May 6, and unanimously approved <br />the Anne F. Olson request for minor variance at 320 W. Brooks Avenue. <br />The Olson's are building a new porch and deck on the rear of their <br />house. After reviewing the proposal with Howard Dahlgren, it was <br />decided that this was the only viable place that the porch could be <br />built. The porch will be 15 feet from the rear lot line versus the <br />required 30; thus, the rear yard variance is 15 feet. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Anne F. Olson's request for minor variance at <br />320 W. Brooks Avenue. <br />
