We propose to develop the land as <br />shown on the accompanying site plan into a two story 10,000 square foot <br />office building occupied by Appraisal Research Associates Limited <br />presently located on Hamlin Avenue in Roseville. The site is adjacent <br />to the right-of-way for State Trunk Highway 88. The property line is <br />approximately 75 feet from the shoulder of the highway. The Southeast <br />corner of the proposed structure would be located approximately 22 feet <br />from that property line with a total set back from State Trunk Highway <br />88 shoulder of approximately 100 feet.
