REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 6/08/87 <br />ITEM NO.: <br />Department Approv l: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />Item Description: Con/Spec Corporation request for variance at 2310 <br />County Road D. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its June 3, 1987 meeting, <br />unanimously recommended approval of Con/Spec Corporation's request for <br />variance at 2310 County Road D, with the following conditions: <br />1. That staff approve drainage, utilities, grading, and landscape <br />plans. <br />2. That the trash receptacle be enclosed. <br />3. That the roof top mechanical systems be screened through the <br />parapet extension, and out of view from street level. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Con/Spec Corporation's request for variance <br />at 2310 County Road D with the aforementioned conditions, if so desired. <br />
