Appraisal Research <br />by <br />Ltd. presently located on Hamline Avenue <br />Associates are real estate appraisers <br />and CON/SPEC is building the building for them <br />on the proposed site. <br />2. It is true that in this location there is a pond on the <br />right-of-way. The right of the developers, in this case, of moving the <br />water to the pond will be subject to their negotiations with MnDOT. <br />
