NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, June 3, 1987, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose <br />of considering the following request. <br />Breckenridge Development request for Special Use Permit <br />at 2775 Long Lake Road. (Breckenridge proposes to <br />renovate the existing facility for a new car dealership. <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />June 8, 1987, at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider this request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />All that part of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township 29, <br />Range 23, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the <br />South line of said Section 5 distant 1,459 feet West (assumed <br />bearing) of the Southeasterly corner of said Section 5, thence <br />North 00 59' 39" West a distance of .1,169.60 feet along the <br />Westerly line of Long Lake Road to t*ze point of beginning of the <br />land herein described, thence continuing North 00 59' 39" West <br />318.29 feet along the Westerly line of Long Lake Road to the <br />South line of Lot 4, Block 2, Parranto Industrial Park; thence <br />West 645.19 feet along the Southerly line of Lot 4, Block 2, <br />Parranto Industrial Park, thence South 120 53' 30" West 326.47 <br />feet along the Easterly line of the Northern States Power Company <br />right-of-way, thence East 723.59 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Subject to easements of record. <br />�mes F.
