REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Departmerlt Approval: <br />Manager Reviewed: <br />DATE: 5/11/87 <br />ITEM NO.: G <br />Agenda Section: <br />Reports and Recommendations <br />Item Description: Gregory Schroeder request for minor variance at <br />2646 Matilda. <br />The Minor variance Committee convened May 5, 1987, and unanimously <br />recommended approval of the Gregory Schroeder request for minor variance <br />at 2646 Matilda. <br />Mr. Schroeder is constructing a new garage that will be within the <br />proper setback. However, Mr. Schroeder's existing house is ten feet <br />from the front yard (corner lot); thus, the variance to bring the <br />house into conformity is twenty feet. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Gregory Schroeder's request for minor variance <br />at 2646 Matilda. <br />
