•
June 13, 1987
HAR MAR MALL W ITION
•
In order to minimize traffic noise, delivery truck noise and obstruction,
and trash removal odors, litter and visual pollution, we request the
following be incorporated in the proposed plans of the Har Mall addition.
It will provide a safer and less objectionable appearance on the east side
of the structure:
.1. Provide enclosed truck delivery docks which open to the north or south
and are large enough to accommodate the largest legal semi -trailer.
This would enable the overhead door to be closed during truck unloading.
Provide enclosed stationary trash compactor with the entire compactor
and storage container located inside the building with overhead door
opening to the north or south.
3. Locate the main traffic roadway alongside the east side of the
building or closer to the building, with space between the roadway
and fence to be used for additional buffer zone. This would provide
maximum distance of the traffic from the residences east of Har Mar.
No wall penetrations will be allowed in the east wall except required
fire exits.
Name of Resident Address
- - -ems - - - 1-
--
