Peterson request for minor variance at 1843 <br />Chatsworth. <br />The Minor Variance Committee convened April 22, 1987, and unanimously <br />recommended approval of the Carl G. Peterson request for minor variance <br />at 1843 Chatsworth. <br />Mr. Peterson wants to build a home at 1843 Chatsworth where the lots <br />were split. This was a five foot area that became ten feet to meet <br />current codes after the lot split. The new garage would be eight feet <br />from the line versus the required ten feet; thus the variance is two <br />feet. <br />All neighbors supported the project. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Carl G. Peterson's request for minor variance <br />at 1843 Chatsworth. <br />
