Ryan Avenue. <br />The Minor variance Committee convened April 20, and unanimously <br />recommended approval of the Jerome Renchin request for minor variance <br />at 1167 W. Ryan Avenue. <br />Mr. Renchin is replacing a driveway that will be next to the side yard <br />property line. This is not a new driveway, but a replacement of an <br />existing one. The neighbor supported the project. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Jerome Renchin's request for minor variance <br />at 1167 W. Ryan Avenue. <br />
