That the trash container in the rear be enclosed. <br />2. That the parking lot and building be repaired. <br />3. That final engineering plans be approved by staff. <br />4. Thut the development proceed per plans dated September 6, 1983. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying ZLZ Company's request for Special Use Permit <br />at 1909 West Highway 36 with the aforementioned conditions, if so <br />desired. <br />
