The property is a two tenant retail building located <br />between the Red Lobster and the Good Earth restaurants. <br />It is our desire to once again apply for a special use permit <br />to add 2,000 square feet of space to the building by extend- <br />ing it to the south by 40 feet. This 40 X 50 foot addition <br />would allow us to add one additional tenant to the building. <br />We received approval for this expansion in 1983 but did not <br />begin construction.
