Y' <br />• <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: <br />fol <br />9 <br />DATE: 4/13/87 <br />ITEM NO.: C_ <br />Agenda Section: <br />Reports and Recommendations <br />Item Description: Randy Harwood request for minor variance and <br />shoreline permit at 831 Heinel Drive. <br />The Minor Variance Committee met on March 30, 1987, and unanimously <br />recommended approval of the Randy Harwood request for minor variance <br />and shoreline permit at 831 Heinel Drive. <br />The Harwood's are adding a porch and living room extension that will <br />be 69 feet versus the required 75 feet from the water. A balcony is <br />currently in place that will be removed. The neighbors are within 58 <br />feet and 72 feet. The respective neighbors supported the project. <br />Mr. Dahlgren has reviewed the request, and does not find it to be <br />deleterious. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Randy Harwood's request for minor variance <br />and shoreline permit at 831 Heinel Drive. <br />
