MN <br />To whom it may concern: <br />I have been retained as :architect h� Randy and Sandy Harwood, of 831 <br />Heinel Drive, Roseville, to design an addition for the lake side of their <br />home, I met with Howard Dahlgren on Wednesday, February 25th, to <br />discuss the need for a Shoreline Permit, Mr. Dahlgren suggested that I <br />write a letter to you X apply for such a permit, and associated City <br />Council Hearing. <br />The legal description of the Property is: <br />Lot 12 <br />Block I <br />Korrol Shores Addition <br />Ramsey County, MN <br />The following is a description of the scope of the project: <br />The existing house is located 61 feet from the % ater's Edge as of <br />6/22/83. The house presently- has a second story deck that projects <br />towards the lake another 12 feet. Nly client desires to remove this deck <br />and to add a porch and extension to their Living, Room, with an addition <br />to their Master Bedroom above. The addition will project the same 12 <br />meet towards the lake. or 69 feet from the high water line. The dwelling <br />to the Northeast of this one is located 58 feet from the high water line, <br />aII" the dwelling to the Southwest is located 72 feet from the high <br />water line, (See attached survey). <br />V`e will n t be removing an,," trees from the property to accomplish this <br />addition, and the addition Rill look. significantly better from the lake <br />than does the existing house with deck. 1 have enclosed Design Drawing <br />for your review. <br />
